JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Manager, the Recruitment Consultant will be working in a team of 6 to cover the 360 recruitment functions. Training will be provided.
Successful applicants will be working within a fast-growing and dynamic business with structured career progression paths.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform recruitment functions such as job matching, job interviewing, candidates sourcing & shortlisting, creating job advertisements and managing client portfolios.
- Provide outstanding consultative services and follow-up regularly with clients and candidates.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build strong and lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline with keen interest to pursue a career in the headhunting sector.
- Possess excellent communication skills and work ethics
- Candidate who is self-discipline, motivated, competitive, goal driven and resilient
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience in Sales / Business Development / Recruitment is a plus
