Position : Quantity Surveyor
Roles and Responsibilities
· Enrol tender process
· Prepare tender documents
· Prepare profit and loss & final account for project.
· Negotiate and award subcontractors
· Attend project meetings ,tender interviews and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule
· Evaluate and certify subcontract claim and contractual payment
· Analysis and preparation of cost plan & estimate for tender and job order
· Review and prepare agreements for award to subcontractors and suppliers
·Assist in preparing built-up tender pricing during tender stage
· Plan and schedules works with reference to contractual schedules
· Coordinate instructions & monitor with sales team, production, and clients for job order & design specification, acceptance of work, progress of work, problem solving, handover completed project with project documents, etc…
·Assist in preparation of project budget for management’s approval upon project award
·Ensure workplace is well-maintained, tidy & safe.
· Plan & implement effective, efficient production and safe practices.
· Attend site meetings
· Collaborate with team to propose design and materials based on budget and client requirement to obtain material dimension, design & specification from site .
Requirements
· MALAYSIAN only
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveyor/Building or equivalent experience in Building Construction firm.
· Minimum (Three) 3 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Surveying Works in building construction firm.
· Knowledge of structural will be beneficial.
· Familiar with Structural drawings to prepare for tender and job order.
· Highly motivated Responsible & team player with good interpersonal skill.
