A company having a retail business on Orchard road, is looking for a part time accounts assistant to carry out the following tasks.
1. Prepare the accounts on a monthly basis.
2. Stock taking and maintenance of records monthly.
3. Prepare the GST returns quarterly.
4. Tallying of daily sales.
5.Preparing of purchase orders.
Candidates should have the necessary experience in the field with good relevant computer skills.
Can work efficiently with the overall team of about 10 people. A pleasant personality and a team player are important attributes.
Expected amount of work will be 2 days a week for the present , with the possibility of increasing as the business expands.
