Responsibilities
Engage proactively with potential clients to understand their beauty and skincare needs.
Provide personalized consultations and recommend products and services that best suit clients' needs and preferences.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective follow-up and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic selling techniques.
Plan and participate in store events to promote products and services.
Design and maintain attractive displays and manage inventory.
Handle administrative duties such as stock ordering and maintaining customer relationships through follow-up calls and emails.
Follow up with clients on treatment results and ensure satisfaction.
Build rapport and establish relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals.
Achieve sales targets and beauty goals with customers.
Requirements
Extensive knowledge of beauty trends, skincare products, and cosmetics.
Passion for the beauty industry.
3 years of experience in sales, retail, or related field preferred.
Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Professional appearance and friendly personality.
Team player.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the beauty/wellness industry.
Willingness to work retail hours.
Possess beauty certification – ITEC or CIBTAC or CIDESCO or equivalent.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual, with proficiency in Mandarin preferred for handling Chinese-speaking customers.
