- Generate, verify and compute weekly/monthly attendance/overtime & other allowances claim for end month payroll processing
- Monitor and handle attendance and leave administration
- Renewal & cancellation of work passes (WP and SP)
- Perform new hires and off-boarding of employees matters
- Create/updating & maintenance of employee and payroll records in payroll software
- Monitor and update foreign worker’s accommodation addresses & etc.
- Generate monthly reports (Leave, General admin)
- General Admin duties including sorting & distribution of incoming mails, replenishing of office stationery supplies, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by immediate superior
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Infopay system is an advantage
- Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act
- Basic MS office knowledge
Education, Experience & Training
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent qualification
- With 2 years of relevant experience in similar industry
