Brief Summary
- Local-based logistics company to Defence, Government and Healthcare sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in Learning and development (L&D) programmes to equip people with the right capabilities
- Assist in managing the financial budget for L&D to enable current and future business strategy and objectives.
- Assist the Manager to execute L&D initiative to prepare the organisation to respond to organisational changes.
- Conduct training/Support Subject matter experts in L&D model
- Derive insights from data-based platforms like JobKred and Qualtrics through use of statistical analysis tools to support recommendations
- Recommending HR training and development strategies
- Execute L&D strategy with guidance from Manager referencing Skills framework (SF)
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma majoring in Business Management / Human Resource
- Strong analytical skills and conceptual abilities
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Strong communication skills - interpersonal, presentation and writing skills with ability to engage people at all levels.
