Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to meet project goals on time and within budget
- Set up new environments with internal and Cloud Engineering teams
- Ensure IT Security requirements are met before project launch
- Coordinate with vendors for deployment and support
- Assist Program Manager with timelines and deliverables
- Report project status to management
- Follow project methodologies and processes
- Monitor daily project progress and manage risks
- Engage stakeholders and oversee vendor management
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, banking & finance with 4+ years of banking experience
- Strong banking background, especially in payment systems
- Proficient in web technologies and AWS/cloud services
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently on multiple tasks
- Consistently deliver high-quality results on time
- Collaborative mindset with problem-solving skills
- Proactive and able to handle pressure
