Principal Accountabilities
1. Responsible for the accounting and finance function, provide leadership,
direction, and guidance to the team.
2. Act as a strategic business partner and financial advisor to the management team.
3. Manage all financial accounting activities including monthly accounts, balance sheets, cash flow statements, flash figures, payroll, cash management, and costing.
4. Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring and enforcing policies, and procedures.
5. Liaising with bankers, external auditors, tax agents and all other external stakeholders.
6. Responsible for all audits and tax matters for all entities.
7. Prepare financial reports in accordance with corporate requirement.
8. Responsible for all regulatory compliance submission for all entities.
9. Performs any other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
1. Degree in Finance or Accounting with at least 3-5 years of experience
2. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
3. Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills to evaluate alternatives and provide recommendations on business issues
4. Ability to work in a team environment
5. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
6. Excellent computer skills, (Xero, Microsoft office)
7. Resourceful and meticulous with good interpersonal and communication skills
