SugarWaxed is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional client experiences.
In this role, you will:
- Lead Your Team: Motivate, coach, and train your team members on the latest hair removal techniques, including waxing and sugaring.
- Be a Client Champion: Provide expert consultations, recommend the perfect treatment plans and products based on client needs, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
- Become a Hair Removal Guru: Confidently explain treatment procedures, advise on pre and post-treatment care, and troubleshoot any client concerns.
- Maintain a Welcoming Atmosphere: Foster a positive and professional environment for both clients and staff, ensuring a clean and organized salon space.
We are looking for someone who:
- Possesses experience in waxing or sugaring.
- Has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with clients and staff.
- Demonstrates strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Holds a passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to client satisfaction.
