Primary Roles

To work with Sales Manager to strategize sales plans and activity to promote company product in the region assigned and achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales target of assigned region, especially Japanese transplant and via Japanese dealer.

To work with Marketing department for product positioning, new product development, market intelligence to ensure company product’s Market Leadership.

To work with internal support group to ensure assigned region customer base are satisfy with company Pre-Sales and Post-sales delivery and enhance the loyalty barometer to company Product and Service.

To build bridge between HQ and other regions to ensure smooth communication. In particular, handling of customer problem, and trade security management and export license related work.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

1) Direct Sales Activities

  • To solicit businesses in the territory and industry segment that defined by Sales Manager
  • To manage the resources available to promote company products and establish good working relationship within the organization and with the customers.
  • To attend weekly/monthly sales meeting and contribute strategy to promote company Product and services in assigned region
  • To submit weekly and monthly summary report accordingly

2) Indirect Sales Support

  • To make presentation on the test cuts results and reports to the potential customers in manage territory and selling our key features of the machines.
  • To work with marketing team to promote our products in various events
  • To work with Sales Manager to collect competitor activities, competitive product development in order the organization to establish strategy to overcome obstacles.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
  • At least 5 years of working experience with Application/Service/R&D knowledge in machining or accessories sales experience
  • Experienced in trade security control management will be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Multilingual – ASEAN and understand of culture diversity
  • Active and strong self-driven personality to achieve set target, practice PDCA
  • Good listener and continuous learner
