Customer Service Coordinator / Administrator

At Kawai Music School, we strive to provide a friendly and warm working environment.

We are looking for a team of friendly and outgoing personality staff who are able to provide good customer experience to our parents and students and also to maintain a good teamwork.

  • Able to work in front desk communications with customers, parents, students and teachers.
  • Must be able to handle scheduling of lessons with parents and teachers.
  • Ensure daily operations are smoothly facilitated.
  • Must issue receipts and update time table daily.
  • Must ensure that the school is kept clean and tidy every day.
  • Must ensure that the stock (Music Books, Keyboards, etc) are sufficient and restock on a daily basis.
  • Must generate weekly reports.
  • Hands-on training and must have a good learning attitude.
  • Perform any duties and responsibilities assigned by the managment.
  • N or O Level / Diploma from Polytechnic.
  • Must be available to work on retail hours and on weekends
  • 5-day week - Off on one weekday and alternate one weekend.
  • Flexible and adaptable to any work situation.
  • Preferably able to speak both English/Mandarin.
  • All are welcomed to apply.
  • Work Place - Parkway or Tampines or Orchard.
