What Will You Do:
- To oversee and drive overall equity investment portfolio management and trading on equity investments, structured products, including efficient trade processing
- To provide macro-economic views and insights
- To provide opinions on the outlook for equities pertaining to existing and potential investment portfolios which includes providing key and pertinent market drivers from top-down and bottom-up perspectives
- To handle global company and sector research, and contributing to the decision to stock selection and portfolio construction
- To work out and execute strategies and ideas for investment within well-defined risk parameters
- To assess the risk assessment and opportunities of the equity investment portfolio to generate great returns. This includes monitoring and identifying the buy and sell opportunities, conduct due diligence and research on investment relevant trade strategies
- To prepare reports on monitoring and analysing day-to-day performance of existing equity investment portfolios
- To work closely with the risk management teams to manage portfolio risk
- Any relevant ad hoc duties as assigned.
What Do You Need:
- At least a Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or similar
- Minimum 5-7 years of portfolio construction and management experience
- Proven success of relevant buy side experience, with a focus on mid-term quality investing and portfolio management including “bottom up” company research analyses and stock selection in global equities
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of macroeconomic factors.
- Excellent knowledge in global company and sector analysis and proficiency in formulating and executing investment strategies.
- Great knowledge in investment strategies and risk management
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
