Our client is a globally renowned education entity in Singapore. In line with continued growth aspiration both here as well as the region they are currently recruiting for a General Manager, Leasing & Operations to join their expanding team.
Role Overview
Reporting to Group Chief Operating Officer you will lead a sizeable office in overseeing the development and management of commercial leasing and operations of the organisation's retail and F&B spaces in Singapore. This includes strategic curation and redevelopment of the organisanisation's current tenant-mix to rejuvenate vibrancy in its community / ecosystem, whilst observing the financial priorities of the organisation.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate comes with over 15 to 20 years of commercial leasing and operations management experience, including rejuvenation / tenancy redevelopment or curation experience, preferably with a leading retail mall operator in Singapore. You have proven capability in managing stakeholder relations across levels, and operating in a fast-paced, matrix environment. We welcome your application via LinkedIN.
