Temp Lobby Concierge
Working hours: 9am - 6pm
Location: Tanjong Pagar
Duration: 1st April 2024 for 1 year contract
Salary range: $3k to $3.5K
Job scope:
• To greet and welcome visitors, manage Visitor Management System to register them, assist visitors and staff in a professional and courteous manner
• Perform proper opening and closing procedures for reception areas and manage day to day aspects of visitors operations and able to work beyond office hours when needed
• Work with Service assistants to ensure meeting rooms are timely refreshed and that visitors are promptly attended to by meeting hosts
• Provide liaising assistance for events and logistics-related queries
• Support as coverer in times of team member’s absenteeism
• Able to shuttle between various locations when needed
