Store Assistant | Warehouse Assistant | Clementi
- Working Hours: Monday-Friday [ 9am-6pm ]
- Location: Clementi West Distripark [ Clementi ]
- Salary: $2,000-$2,400 + AWS + Performance Bonus
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of store assistant experience
Job Scope:
- Issue, picking & packing of spares etc. according to order confirmation for local and overseas shipments.
- Ensure timely delivery.
- Inform shipping department once goods are ready for despatch;
- Responsible for receiving incoming goods, unpacking, uncarting, and subsequent storage, checking against packing list and inform discrepancies.
- Ensure adequate stock of all packing materials and warehouse consumable supplies.
- Housekeeping of the warehouse.
- Monitor stock level and recommend replenish of stock and inform shipping dept to issue purchase order to third party suppliers for missing items.
- Proper labelling of stock.
- Involved in periodic and annual stock taking.
- Keep all the information and documents confidential and file documents in order.
