Staff Nurses ( Dialysis) - 5 days work week
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintaining a high standard of care for all patients during their shifts.
- Recognising the change in a patient's health conditions and responding appropriately.
- Recording and monitoring a patient's vital signs.
- Work closely with the Nurse Manager and Staff Nurse in delivering care to the patients.
- To ensure that all team members report changes in patient progress effectively, both verbally and in written form.
- Ensure that accurate, legible, and holistic nursing records according to policy guidelines and unit guidance are maintained.
Requirements
- Registered with SNB/ BCLS/ AED
- With few years of Renal experience preferred
- Training will be provided for those without renal experience.
- Open to 2shifts (AM/ PM ) :
- Morning : 7:00am - 3:00pm
- Afternoon : 2:30pm - 10:30pm
- 5 Days work week Only. (Sunday off day)
- Based on two shifts (am/pm) rotating on duty roster for the week
