1. Manage and lead the site works
2. Site management and resolving technical issues on-site.
3. Should have experience in handling the Structural Steel and Piping erection works.
4. Maintain good relationship with client and sub-contractors
5. Monitor the project progress and performance
6. Should be familiar about the project scopes and solution finder.
7. Attend the daily/Weekly meeting with the clients
8. Prepare the detail schedule and monitor the progress on a regular basis
9. Able to prepare the deliverables and manage the team to deliver on time.
10. Should be a safety ambassador to take care of all the workers safety
11. Liaise with the Quality team
12. Should be cost effective
13. Should be able to plan the overall manpower, materials, and equipment’s for the project execution.
14. Addition knowledge of Auto CAD and Tekla software will be advantage
15. 6 days’ work a week
