Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with the Maintenance team to ensure smooth operations of the building and maintain targeted performance standards.
- Upkeeping of the facilities and its equipment.
- Carry out inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance, housekeeping and repair works
- Respond and rectify emergency situations in a timely manner. Eg. Pipe bursts, roof leakages, electrical faults etc.
- Liaising with contractors and providers for services, including security, cleaning, landscaping, pest control and so on.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
Requirements
- At least 10-years working experience in Building and facilities maintenance, troubleshooting and rectification.
- Able to work independently and adapt to changing demands and responsibilities.
- Able to work long hours, including weekends for event or emergency situation.
- Self-starter with a good eye for details, hardworking and strong ability to multi-task.
- Practice and respect safety work requirements.
