RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Commercial accountability for budgeting and financial management, planning, organizing and directing all property services, including front-of-house, housekeeping and in-house maintenance.
- Performs regular site inspections on the facilities and services of the property, resolves issues and ensures that the property runs smoothly each day adhering to the policies and procedures laid down.
- Ensure efficient operations, maximize standards of guest service, and drive occupancy rates and revenue goals.
- Reviews the financial performance of the property and works with the senior management team to set the overall business strategies and performance indicators, which may include sales and marketing and revenue management.
- Keeps up to date with the latest trends and best practices for hospitality, and introduces innovation to enhance property operations and deliver excellent guest experiences.
- Provides guidance and support to managers and colleagues, and ensures that the property's core values and standards are upheld for the welfare of the property's staff and guests.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
