Role and Responsibilities:
· New mould development and fabrication.
· Fabricate jigs and mechanical parts.
· Modification of existing moulds as well as mould preventive maintenance and servicing or repair.
· MDF machines maintenance and servicing.
· Provide engineering support to existing plastic injection moulding manufacturing processes and operations for better efficiency and technical trouble shooting.
· New mould project in charge.
· Undertake enhancement of existing tooling to improve machine and mould efficiency with the aim to reduce reject rate.
· Execute Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Schedule for moulds, jigs and fixtures based on job orders.
· To ensure compliance with environment requirements in production
