The primary purpose of the role is to facilitate and lead process improvements for radiation therapy across the ASEAN region.
The role will also assist in planning processes and adherence to Icon clinical governance framework.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify and address shortfalls and bottlenecks in current clinical practice, based on the existing process improvement plan and also those identified over time
- Act as the Lead Auditor in the Icon radiotherapy auditing program including reporting and managing resourcing requirements
- Participate in team meetings and comply with all internal and external standards, continued professional development and on-the-job training requirements to ensure knowledge, skills, and abilities are adequate to fulfil position requirements and professional standards of your role.
- Ensure all processes are carried out in accordance with Icon policy and procedures
- Monitor site performance against agreed metrics and provide regular reports of performance
Requirements:
Mandatory: Relevant Radiation Therapy degree (bachelor or masters)
Desired: Undergraduate or post-graduate qualification in business, management, or project management
