Job Responsibilities:
- Manage current pool of existing clients.
- Develop comprehensive business strategies and action plans based on analysis and client objectives.
- Provide strategic recommendations on areas such as organizational restructuring, market expansion, product development, and operational efficiency.
- Assist clients in setting goals, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing performance measurement systems.
- Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
- Analyze competitors' strategies, products, and pricing to help clients differentiate and position themselves effectively.
- Provide insights on emerging industry trends and opportunities for innovation.
- Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining regular communication.
- Collaborate with client teams, stakeholders, and executives to drive consensus and implement strategic initiatives.
- Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to clients at various levels of the organization.
- Manage consulting projects, including defining project scope, developing work plans, and allocating resources.
- Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
