· Responsible for the monthly payroll processing of the company and timely submission of statutory requirements (CPF, IR8A, IR21, NS Claims, Maternity Leave Claims, etc).
· Conduct internal and external salary benchmarking to prepare salary proposal for new employees and salary/ market adjustments for current staff.
· Submit and follow up with government disbursement for NS pay / childcare leave / maternity leave.
· Keep in check that we are in compliance with labour laws and company’s policies.
· Study and review manpower requirements with operations and management.
· Recruitment of blue-collar workers.
· Spearhead annual performance evaluation process.
· Prepares annual increment, promotion and bonus letters.
· Track and follow up on supervisor and staff’s evaluation results.
· Trank and monitor employee’ core competencies.
· Source, recommend, organize and administer training courses for staff.
· Liaise with insurance agent for company’s general insurance needs.
· Ad-hoc projects and staff matters that require attention and follow-up.
