Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible to lead the specification team to provide product information to Architects, Interior Designers, Developers and Main Contractors to specify our range of laminates for their projects, develop new business opportunities and create brand awareness in the industry.
Main Function
- Provide product information to assist architects & designers to specify our laminate product and secure project sales
- Aggressively Develop new business opportunities - create brand awareness to the ID & Architectural industries
- Source for additional business opportunities, e.g. Flooring, veneers
- Strategic long-term account management of existing key accounts
Essential Functions
- Ensure regular presentations laminates to IDs and Architects
- Search & visit developers, architectural, Design firm and consistent service to the existing customers.
- Get more job specifications from all project segments such as Hospitality, Retail, Commercial & Residential
- Keep track on upcoming projects
- Maintain and create relationship with new & existing customers
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree with at least 3 to 5 years of related working experience
- Must possess own car and a valid class 3 driving license
- Previous sales experience in building materials, construction & paint industry preferred
- Independent, Sales Driven & Self- Motivated
- Possess good interpersonal & communication skills with different levels of people
