The Sales Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and assisting with various sales-related tasks to facilitate efficient operations and maximize sales effectiveness. This role involves managing sales documentation, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring excellent communication between internal teams and external clients.
Job Scope:
Sales Documentation: Reply to sales inquiries. Prepare and process request for quotes, purchase orders, sales orders, quotations, shipping documents and invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain organized records of sales documents and orders, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible. Assist the sales management team .
Customer Communication: Respond to customer/supplier inquiries and requests promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in-person. Provide product or service information to customers/suppliers and assist with resolving any issues or concerns.
Inventory Management: Coordinate with the warehouse or inventory team to ensure accurate tracking and fulfilment of sales orders/shipments.
Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team. Assist in the organization of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities as needed.
