- Lead design team and provide project and people management
- Inspire team and provide metorship in all areas of production including visual, copy and design
- Manage projects in the arears of project planning, task assignment, schedule control, design review and quality
- Min 3 years experience in related field
- Possess a strong design and technical background
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills and interpersonel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
