We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our thriving wellness center. As the Wellness Centre Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth functioning of the centre and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the wellness center, including staff recruitment, scheduling, and supervision.
- Uphold high standards of service quality and cleanliness to ensure a welcoming and hygienic environment for customers.
- Cultivate positive relationships with customers to enhance their experience and foster loyalty to the center.
- Oversee front desk duties, including managing inquiries, bookings, and customer interactions.
- Develop and implement creative package offerings to attract and retain customers.
- Work towards achieving sales targets through effective marketing strategies and promotions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar managerial role within the wellness or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing staff and operations to deliver exceptional service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers and motivate staff.
- Knowledge of beauty and body treatments, with relevant certificates preferred.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A passion for wellness and a commitment to promoting holistic health and well-being.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate the center's operating hours.
