Role Description
The Executive Producer (EP) upholds the holistic vision of a project, overseeing both creative and financial aspects. The EP ensures strict alignment with the project’s vision and manages key stakeholders involved in the project. The EP will be found at the forefront of any experience production and conceptualization process and ensures that all financial aspects adhere to the approved direction of the project. The EP plans the realization of a project, partnering with the Design Leads and other functional team leaders, from the exploration phase till the implementation and opening of a show.
Role Responsibilities
- Drives the development of a project from exploration to realization, overseeing from the early inception all the way to their completion (at whatever phase of our design blueprint) and at the highest level of professional conduct and practice.
- Identify the best creative collaborators and other design experts, in conjunction with the production team to realize projects and works actively toward the planning of the best concepts and experiences.
- Collaborate with relevant brand owner/s to create overall experience, lead discussions, and manage approval processes and deliverables.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as NEON core country leaders, various functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Retail, etc).
- Contribute to the Braintrust and C-Suite discussing potential projects and strategy implementations, topics, and content to develop, and strategic commercials considerations.
- Understand the financial objectives and offer strategies to meet or exceed them while never compromising on the valuable guest experience.
- Managing the overall show production process, including commenting on the general tone of the experience and exhibition, and identifying business, operation, and design opportunities to leverage.
- Ensuring the project stays within budget and on schedule leading up to the opening of the show.
- Drive efficiency and improve quality by implementing tools, best practices, internal frameworks, components, and standards.
- Maintain relationships with key external vendors ensuring all deliverables are met.
Required Education and Experience:
- Beyond exceptional experience in production, business, and creative roles:
- Superb organizational skills with the ability to create executive presentations, budget summaries, production plans, multi-project timelines, etc.
- A confident, professional, and persuasive communication style with senior leaders and team members.
- A passion for creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
- Ability to remain flexible and calm in high-pressure situations and adjust as multiple moving parts consistently change (start-up).
- Work in a global top-tier production environment with the ability to work off hours and weekends as necessary.
- 10 years+ of experience in designing installations, exhibits, interventions, immersive theater, or immersive installations, or similar.
- Bachelor’s degree in experiential design, theater, exhibition design, set design, visual arts, performing arts, film, video gaming, exhibit, graphic design, environmental design, museum installation, computer art, product design or related field, highly desirable.

- Harmonization & Alignment: Communicate regularly with Brain Trust on the projects’ evolution, flagging big picture issues and need for support.
- Action Driven: Work within timeline and budget but without ever compromising the excellence and delightfulness of the experience for our guests.
