Job Description
- Responsible for the Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration.
- Study and identify discrepancies in tender/contract documents and raise queries for clarification
- Source for quotations from subcontractors/suppliers, assist with evaluation and comparison for the received quotations and produce quantity measurement within the targeted timeline
Job Requirements
- Highly motivated, and self-driven with an initiative to work independently. Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Good negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and a team player
- Attention to detail and methodical approach to work
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD
Working location: Our site at Outram Park MRT, 5 1/2 days a week
