Diploma/ACCA/Degree in Finance or Accounting or any related discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing full sets of accounts
Knowledge of accounting regulations, policies and procedures
Consolidate accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards;
Assist in group consolidation reports;
Support audit and GST submission;
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
Assist in other administrative duties & other duties as assigned.
Prepare necessary schedule such as Fixed assets, prepayments, accrual, loan.
Capable of prioritizing workflow to meet goals without management oversight
Proficient in MS Office applications
Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
Meticulous with a strong sense of responsibility
Familiar with Xero
