Payroll Specialist

Our Client, in Automotive Industry located in Central has opening for Payroll Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, including data input, calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll-related payments.
  • Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide timely and accurate responses.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data with other HR and accounting systems.
  • Stay updated on relevant employment legislation, tax regulations, and statutory requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare payroll-related reports for management, government agencies, and auditors as required.
  • Assist in the implementation of payroll system upgrades or enhancements.
  • Participate in payroll-related projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of payroll data and information.


Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing and administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Prosoft payroll software/systems, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong understanding of payroll principles, taxation, and labour laws/regulations in Singapore.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve payroll-related issues effectively.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
