Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and general assistance in our bicycle retail store.
- Actively engage with customers to provide exceptional service and promote our range of bicycles and accessories.
- Learn about our products and stay up-to-date on industry trends to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Support store staff with inventory management and restocking tasks.
Requirements:
- Passion for cycling and a genuine interest in promoting sustainable transportation options.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
