JOB DESCRIPTION
· Responsible for the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the sale of vegetables/fruits and other agricultural products imported from China to major supermarkets or agents in Singapore.
· Handle import, including documentations and licenses.
· Proactively build and nurture network, representing the company and establishing key connections to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
· Manage accounts and maintain up-to-date customer information.
· Liaise with store managers and buyers.
· To perform any other duties as and when assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Degree holder and above
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Minimum 4 years’ experience in purchasing for major supermarkets.
· Able to work independently to achieve targeted annual sales.
· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
