- Lead the design and execution of complex data analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning projects to uncover insights and solve business problems.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality analytics solutions, adhering to timelines, budget, and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define the vision, roadmap, and priorities for advanced analytics initiatives.
- Communicate the value and impact of advanced analytics to non-technical stakeholders, influencing decision-making and driving adoption.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, vendors, and industry experts to leverage best practices and advance analytics capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and ethical guidelines in all analytics activities.
- Implement data governance processes and practices to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry standards related to advanced analytics and data.
Job Requirements
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in the quantitative field: Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or Analytics.
- At least 10 years of multi-disciplined IT experience including:
- Experience in a large matrixed organization(s), having gained broad expertise managing large, network-wide programs and projects tied to business goals.
- 10+ years in Data/BI/ML/AI area of expertise
- 5+ years of experience in a multi-national enterprise
- Global experience, collaboration, and teaming.
- Experience in initiating, integrating, and implementing change programs including because of merger and acquisition activity. - Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
- Extensive experience in advanced analytics, data science, and machine learning (ML / AI), with a track record of delivering impactful solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of data analytics techniques, statistical modeling, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business problems into actionable analytics solutions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Agile and DataOps.
- Must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional cross-geographical teams to analyze and understand business needs.
- Good knowledge of at least two functional areas: customer relationships and sales, freight forwarding/express/e-com/logistics operations, pricing, customer service, aviation operations, finance, and billing.
