Job Description
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on business research, customer (internal/external) needs, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, and BI/ML, to develop and launch new products or enhancements.
- Conduct audience and process research and analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities for product growth.
- Lead and manage product and project teams to ensure that delivery is up to impact outcomes, time, cost, quality, governance, and satisfaction, as per agreed product roadmaps.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements, working closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market trends to continuously improve products.
- Define and lead training and user engagement strategy to ensure solution adoption.
- Responsible for software, hardware, and professional services contracts and budgets.
- Monitors the emergence of new data development technologies and methodologies and where appropriate applies it to the data analytics development process.
Job Requirements
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics.
- 7+ years of experience in Data-intensive product development.
- Proven record of working with analytics, and ML/AI solutions.
- Professional Certification in Agile (preferable).
- Good knowledge of at least one of the functional areas: customer relationships and sales, e-com/freight forwarding/express/logistics operations, and service operations.
- Experience with data modeling principles, DWH.
- Experience with Tableau/ Power BI/ Cognos.
- Experience working Agile and DevOps; familiar with DataOps.
- Understanding of cloud storage, hosting, and computing environments.
- Must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional cross-geographical teams to analyze and understand business needs.
- Good oral and written English: ready to present to a technical audience.
