Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead and direct high-pressure construction projects, ensuring uncompromising quality and meeting stringent deadlines.
• Adapt sun exposure or hazard environment, like roof top works.
• Need to hands-on and do not mind to getting hands dirty • Must be able to work in day or night shift if required
• Must be able to work in weekend or public holidays if needed
• Collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders, architects, and vendors to overcome complex challenges.
• Present detailed reports, providing effective solutions for critical issues promptly. • Exhibit unwavering flexibility, working extended hours, weekends, and frequently traveling between sites.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
