Import / Export Planner
· Communicate with customers via email or phone
· Ensure import manifest information is correctly input into WMS
· Ensure export load plan is in proper order and perform correct stock connecting to export container
· Ensure customers’ special instructions are carried out before unstuffing or stuffing
· Check and send tally sheet after container is being unstuffed or stuffed
· Inform and follow up with customers on cargo dispute / damages or cargo not stuffed
· Resolve customer’s request on cargo dispute / damages and attend to surveys
· Provide report to customers on outstanding cargo

Requirements

· Minimum Nitec, pass English. Not allergic to using computers and learning new things.
