HR Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection.
  • Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related issues.
  • Address employee grievances and conduct investigations when necessary.
  • Administer performance appraisal processes.
  • Assist in developing performance improvement plans and providing feedback to employees.
  • Support managers in setting performance goals and objectives.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
  • Assist in developing training materials and conducting training sessions.
  • Monitor and track employee training and development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain HR records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Keep abreast of changes in HR-related laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee files and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business Adminstration or any related field.
  • Training will be provided to candidate with no prior experience.
  • Good written and communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
