Job Desciption
- Ensure seamless running of the café in the most efficient and effective manner
- Deliver the highest service standards and make customers feel welcomed and satisfied
- Provide good & friendly top-class customer service, cashier duties and cleaning of dining area to ensure cleanliness at all times
- To sell, prepare and serves drinks and food items to customers
- Plating of cakes, packaging food and beverages, replenishing items in display cases behind the counter
- Assist with operations and opening and closing duties when needed
- Able to handle customers’ feedback and complaints professionally
Requirements
- Experience in F&B are advantages
- Able to work weekends & public holidays
- Holds a valid Food Safety & Hygiene Course certificate (Preferred)
- Able to work independently and able to stand for long hours.
- High initiative and positive attitude
- Well-groomed
- Willing to work OT till midnight during weekends
