- Co-manage restaurant operations with Restaurant Manager in accords to A&W’s QSCSP standards
- Data anaylsis and reports
- Inventory and cleaniness/hygiene of restaurant
- Staff hiring, training and manpower scheduling
- Payroll support.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with Restaurant Manager, Area Manager and Corporate Office personnel through regular communication as well as reliable and accurate reporting.
Job Requirements
- Able to commerce work immediately or within short notice.
- At least 1 to 3 years of related experience, prefably in a quick service environment, to better faciliate and understand the operating functions of A&W restaurants.
- Ability to adapt to new, additional and enlarged job responsibilities in line with A&W’s growth and business expansion.
- Exceptional communication skills necessary to effectively manage a diverse group of employees and service the guests.
- Organizational and leadership skills to run a smooth operation.
- A Customer Maniac and a team player.
