Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experiences in NVOCC environment, candidate without experience is welcome.
Knowledgeable on shipping documents, customs clearance, etc.
Knowledge in CargoWise for airfreight will be advantage.

The Customer Support Specialist collaborates with and supports an assigned Outside Sales Executive to ensure that all sales and customer support activities are handled proactively and efficiently, with a focus on customer satisfaction. The Customer Support Specialist completes all customer quotation requests and coordinates the tariff maintenance for all accepted quotes and rates issued to customers.
In this role, the Customer Support Specialist plays an important part in achieving our “Happy Customer” value through a dedicated focus on meeting customer needs.
Minimum Requirements:
High school or equivalent education; associate degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of sales support and/ or customer service experience; logistics experience preferred.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Strong MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
