CONTRACT JOB
- Manage registrations and inquiries for programs and events.
- Coordinate room setup, catering arrangements, and logistical support.
- Procure necessary materials, equipment, and services for program delivery.
- Handle billing matters, including invoicing and budget management.
- Administer program evaluation processes, collect feedback, and analyze data.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination.
- Review and improve processes to optimize program delivery and business operations.
- Coordinate speaker engagement, compile and analyze data, schedule meetings, and take meeting minutes as required.
