- Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations of project
- Liaise with Mmaincontractors , surveyors and site supervisors/foremen to make sure that works are carried out in time and smoothly on site
- Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors/sub-contractors on the project related matters
- Carry out site inspection and ensure that the works were executed to the required quality standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of working experience in Building & Construction Industry including Renovation
- Independent with good communication skills
- Good communication skill
- Able to handover project independently
