- Responsible for the annual work plan and overall management and operations of the department.
- Responsible for regularly review and improvement of the relevant policies and operational procedures of the department.
- Responsible for supervising and managing the implementation of material spare parts, repair and inspection business, cost control, and assurance of quality of products and services.
- Approval and monitor the execution of accounts receivable and payable in the department.
- Provide technical support such as onboard audits, safety inspections, and repair supervision for clients when necessary.
- Continuously explore new business opportunities, establish and maintain good relationships with clients, and expand market share.
- Regularly review supplier resources, continuously develop high-quality suppliers, and enhance the core competitiveness of the department.
- Coordinate and resolve disputes in business activities with customers and service providers.
- Responsible for conducting regular customer satisfaction surveys and implementing corresponding measures based on customer feedback to effectively improve customer satisfaction.
- Complete other tasks assigned by company management.
Requirements:
- Poly tech degree or above in maritime related majors.
- Possess professional knowledge in the repair, inspection, supply, and examination of different types of vessels, and be familiar with and proficient in operational procedures.
- 8 years and above experience in the Marine or relevant industry.
- 3 years and above in a management position.
- Experience as chief engineer is preferred.
