Job Scope:
◈ Responsible to perform Full Set Of Accounts and handle year-end audit matters
◈ Handle accounts payable / receivable.
◈ Perform monthly CPF, quarterly GST, monthly payrolls & yearly IR8A, IR21 and ECI.
◈ Apply work permits, renew and cancelled
◈ Check invoices, delivery order to ensure payment are correctly made
◈ Responsible for accurate invoicing and filing of documents
◈ Tracking and record keeping
◈ Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Qualifications:
◈ Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma / Bachelor
◈ Computer literate, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
◈ Preferably 2 years experience
◈ Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin
