Our client is well known in security screening products & solutions focus on maximising threats in the industry. You will be provided with training and support to ensure you have the expertise and skills to undertake the role.


About the role

This admin position will require a highly motivated, energetic and resourceful person who has a willingness to learn. This will be a varied role where you will learn all aspects of the full spectrum of sales support Administration duties.

  • Handle the RFQs/sales process to attract new clients/business.
  • Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
  • Setup new customer account for new customers.
  • Manage weekly/monthly sales reports to the management.
  • Maintain/manage timely response for RFQs/Sales proposals to the clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand the company’s client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the needs of clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive intelligence, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and clients.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales pipeline, opportunities, and forecasts.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the organization for the work.

  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Skills and experience

  • Minimum Diploma in Technical or Business-related discipline
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in similar position .
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM applications.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the team.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
