Job responsibility:
- Handles several full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL & Reporting), including reconciliations and preparation of schedules
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
- Assist in timely year end closing accounts.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and management accounts
- Keying in data entries.
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST report
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the company
- Handle customers’ queries via email &/or calls
- Monitor customer’s accounts and filling deadline
- Prepare tax schedules and simple income tax computations.
Job requirement:
- Minimum 3 year experience in accounting roles
- Basic Accounting knowledge, Minimum Diploma in Accounting / LCCI or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
- Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate with all levels and positive working attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills and positive working attitude
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, can deal with chinese clients
