We're seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Fulfillment Officer. In this role, you'll oversee the seamless processing of orders, manage supply chain operations, and ensure efficient last mile delivery. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is key to maintaining high service levels.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate order processing to meet sales demands.
- Manage day-to-day order transactions and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with Customer Service for complex order matters.
- Monitor e-commerce inventory and handle returns.
- Ensure timely and accurate last mile deliveries.
- Implement tracking systems for delivery performance.
- Optimize supply chain processes for efficiency.
- Maintain positive relationships with service providers
General Responsibilities:
- Identify process improvements and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare regular reports on performance metrics.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Recent graduate of Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field is welcome to apply.
- Experience in supply chain or 3PL function preferred.
- Bonus: Experience in e-commerce and warehousing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Demonstrated adaptability and resilience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime
