AYASA Globo Financial Services is a “one-stop” platform which provides comprehensive and total solutions to hedge funds, private equities, family offices and financial institutions. We are also a pioneer in crypto fund setup and administration with actual hands-on experience. To cope with the operation expansion in Singapore, we are seeking a high calibre professional to join our Singapore Fund Accounting Team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review/prepare net asset valuation for the funds on a daily, monthly or quarterly basis in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review / assist in cash and position reconciliation, process corporate actions and validation of security pricing
- Provide support and respond to client enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Prepare financial reporting and liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits
- Assist clients in processing and liaising with banks with regard to payments for funds or transfer
- Assist in opening of bank accounts and broker accounts
- Assist in new fund setup
- Train and supervise junior staff and any ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, is a MUST
- Having at least 4 years Fund Accounting / Fund Administration / Auditing. Experience with Funds is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Excel.
- Candidates with strong knowledge and prior experience in using PFS-Paxus will be an advantage.
- Have knowledge in securities and financial derivatives will be an advantage
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent command in spoken and written English and Mandarin. Ability to communicate in Cantonese will be an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as a good team player.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize work load
