Distribution/Marketing Compliance - Global Asset Manager - 6 month contract
My client is a global asset management firm and we are recruiting for a distribution compliance associate to support the business operations across Asia. You will be given the opportunity to impact the business on relevant matters. We are looking for candidates who have experience in this function.
Responsibilities for the Distribution/Marketing Compliance - Global Asset Manager - 6 month contract
- Advise on applicable laws and regulations dealing with investments, product and distribution in the investment management space
- Coordinate the internal controls reviews and recommend new measures for regulatory controls
- Handle the execution of protocols and review then where necessary
- Manage and oversee projects relating to Risk Control Self- Assessments (RCSA) and risk scans
Requirements for the Distribution/Marketing Compliance - Global Asset Manager - 6 month contract
- At least 5 years of relevant compliance experience
- Regional compliance experience, ideally APAC
- Speaking any regional language would be advantageous to liaise with regional stakeholders
